Currently, our processing time is 3-4 weeks. Please note that if you requested a proof, be on the lookout for an email from us. We won't work on your order until we have your approval. If we don't hear back after three days, your order will be marked as approved and move into production.
Yes! We are happy to illustrate any type of animal.
You do! If you choose to see a proof, you will be able to preview the artwork before it prints. Make sure to review your inbox. You will be able to request edits or approve the artwork for printing at this time. Proofs will be automatically marked as "approved" if there is no response within three days of the last email sent. This will expedite the production process and ensure your order is processed promptly.
Yes! We won't create a portrait of the full body, just the face.

I didn’t like the end product of the mug of with my dogs image on it. I got the first proof and it was a big block of black ink, my dog is black but there was no definition of the mouth. It didn’t look like the picture I sent in. I requested edits 2 more times and at the 3rd time for somewhat of a better edit and just accepted it because it was a gift and I wanted to get it on time.
