Care Instructions
For apparel, it is recommended to wash inside out with cold water and hang (or lay flat) to dry if needed. Do not iron or bleach.
For glassware, it is recommend to hand wash only with a soft sponge.

Yes! We are happy to illustrate any type of animal.
Yes! We won't create a portrait of the full body, just the face.
Processing and Returns
Currently, our processing time is 3-4 weeks. Please note that if you requested a proof, be on the lookout for an email from us in your inbox. Make sure to review your inbox. You will be able to request edits or approve the artwork for printing at this time. Proofs will be automatically marked as "approved" if there is no response within three days of the last email sent. This will expedite the production process and ensure your order is processed promptly.
Due to their customized nature, we unfortunately cannot make returns. If you do have an issue with your order, please let us know.
