Shipping processing time
Currently, our processing time is 3-4 weeks. Please note that if you requested a proof, be on the lookout for an email coming from hello@waggedtails.com. We allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for customer artwork approval. If we do not hear from you in 72 hours, we will auto-approve and print your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Once your order is shipped, it is no longer in our control and we are not responsible for missing shipments. Please contact your local USPS or courier used to gather more information on your package including drop off GPS coordinates.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors.
Returns
Due to their customized nature, we unfortunately cannot make returns. If you do have an issue with your order, please let us know.
