Refunds
We have a non-returnable policy on custom products, which means once your proof is approved, you are not able to return or cancel your order.

Make sure to review your inbox. You will be able to request edits or approve the artwork for printing at this time. Proofs will be automatically marked as "approved" if there is no response within three days of the last email sent. This will expedite the production process and ensure your order is processed promptly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors.

Shipping
Once your order is shipped, it is no longer in our control and we are not responsible for missing shipments. Please contact your local USPS or courier used to gather more information on your package including drop off GPS coordinates.

Additional exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
